I have had the pleasure of working with Jeff Hallas on several transactions over the last year. I have been fortunate enough to work with many outstanding real estate brokers (in past residential transactions) but never have I had the pleasure to work with one who is so tirelessly responsive.. above the beyond the boundaries of what is necessary. Jeff is not only quintessentially professional, but his knowledge of the market is unsurpassed. Jeff Hallas and his partner, John Sousa, did an awesome job helping us find a condominium on Singer Island, FL. Their extensive knowledge of the local market saved us time and money in a very hot market. Both are highly responsive and a pleasure to work with to boot! Highly recommend!

I was aware of every step of the Real Estate process and was able to contact Jeff with questions and concerns at anytime, day or night. Jeff went above and beyond helping me to remove unwanted items that the previous owner left behind, I was able to move in without additional clutter.
