They keep sending mail to my sister about wanting to buy my dead fathers house and we dont own it. They keep harrasssing her. She has asked them to stop but nobody will return her call or remove her from their mailings. Horrrible!!!

Chip came by to check on my mom since he hadn't heard from her in awhile and I had to be the bare of bad news and I told him she had passed away July last year. He saw that was trouble and asked me what was wrong so I explained to him the problems I was having about selling the other apartment my mother left me and he found a buyer before he even left me that day! He made the selling/closeing process as easy as possible for me and for that and everything he did for me and my family I am forever grateful to him! He is amazing and he gets things done in a timely fashion!

I reached out to Chip looking for assistance in finding a rental property that fit my needs. Chip was very knowledgeable about the specific areas of Palm Beach Gardens as well as surrounding areas that were of interest. Chip provided me with a list of current and up to date listings that fit my needs and continually revised the list as we went a long. He helped my narrow it down until I had a few top prospects which he personally showed for me. Once I made my choice, Chip was quick to reach out to landlords and handle all paperwork and communication needed to secure the place as mine. He was even eager and willing to get things done over the weekend, which was great. Overall, it was a pleasure working with him and I'm very happy with my new living situation that he made possible.
