First of all I want to say thank you so much Alina for helping my dreams become reality. You exceeded my expectations and I really wish I wouldve started with you from the beginning. You worked around our schedule, and you worked late nights. I remember us texting back and forth at 11, it was like you were more friend than realtor. You are so knowledgeable about what a new homeowner should be looking for as far as roof, A/C , etc. I honestly believe if I didnt have you, I couldve ended up buying a house that I needed to put money in. If all my plans go well, I will be needing your assistance on an investment property. Thanks again, I will definitely run and refer you to anyone and everyone looking for a house!!!!!

Alina is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and takes extreme pride in her job. She is honest and caring. Trustworthy and helpful. She take all of the stress that she can off of you. She helps with every aspect of the transition. We were buyers. From helping us find the perfect place even while in NewYork and working remotely....she went and viewed and sent video of places for us and helped with all of the necessary information. She helped negotiate the contract.She also helped us get set with a great title person Rebecca from Patch tree. She helped us get a great mortgage team and Nick from Envoy was also fantastic to work with. She was great to work with the condo board. Everything from beginning to end was nothing short of spectacular with Alina. She even came to closing with a beautiful gift basket and a hand written note. We will definitely be using her again and also highly recommended her to others already. She was a true pleasure and a true professional. Thank you so much Alina for everything.
