Lady closed on February 4th, I went in ten min before closing and she told me that they were closed, I walked past the place one min later and she said was serving ice cream to other customers after I left. Horrible service.

There were about 7 employees hanging around while my wife waited for someone to help her. When someone came over to help, they skipped her and helped the person behind her (which doesnt make any sense). Finally, someone realized she was patiently waiting and helped her. She ordered a dulce de leche banana sundae. The pictures of the dazzling sundaes show the cups full of ice cream and topped with a swirl of whipped cream. Instead, we received a cup with more than half of it filled with whipped cream. Weve ordered this before in Orlando and it was prepared properly. For the price they charge, it felt like a scam at Palm Beach Gardens.

Order at least twice a week and this time we ordered four Sundays and the cup was not even halfway full. Nobody answering the phone.
