I spoke to 3 people before the hair appointment. I disclosed the length of my hair, I was given a quote of $250, when I got to the salon, the new quote became $300. They asked if I wanted the service or not, I agreed since I had no time to schedule somewhere else and was pressed for time to get treatment done. The Manager who needs to learn professional manners, could not honor the original quote. The "Formaldehyde free Keratin" treatment made me completely sick, tearing and coughing during the application & afterwards for hours.I washed my hair and no noticeable change was noted, my hair is stained with red blotches... $300 completely wasted, I will NOT recommend this place at all !!

The management is absolutely atrocious. The owner might need to go back to kindergarten to learn people skills. Also, a few of the stylists are ok but 90% of them I wouldnt let anywhere near my hair. Do yourself a favor and go to a real salon. In fact, youd probably get a better blowout at a beauty school and youd definitely be treated better. If you enjoy dealing with people who act like toddlers, this is the place for you.
