Ive spoken with many of the employees here at Great Florida Insurance and there all very professional, knowledgeable and thoughtful! Two that really stick out over the last 6 yrs while getting new policies and quotes for home and auto are Nan and Matt! Very timely and trustworthy this company is an asset to florida and more locally Miami/Dade, Broward, Pam beach, martin and st lucie counties!

Today I had an an issue with Canceling my Auto Insurance Policy. When I called Progressive, I had the privilege of being connected with Nandita Persaud. I am a retired Veteran, 75 years old and to be honest I have reached a stage in my life where I not only lack patience but have zero tolerance as well! That being said I was fortunate to speak to someone like Nandita who not only had the patience of a Saint but was also extremely professional! My wife could tell You I am not easy to deal with when I am wired! Anyway Nandita listened to my problem and promised she would do her best to resolve the issue if I just calmed downed! So she asked me all the information she would require to come up with an option that would help me! Was not long after that, all my issues were taken care of! This young woman is amazing, not only did she solve my problem but saved me a trip to your office which I was not looking forward to!
