My husband and I recently closed on our home in Avondale at Avenir and we couldn't be happier. Our Sales Consultant, Alex Azcano has been with us since the very beginning of the process. He has gone above and beyond when it comes to communication, professionalism, knowledge, and assisting us wherever necessary. We never felt like we couldn't reach out to him at any time for questions and concerns. Alex has been absolutely wonderful!!! We appreciate all his hard work. We also can't say enough about our construction manager, Seth Nisall. Seth has been phenomenal with communication. I talked to him regularly about the progress of our home. When we did our walk through he made sure to get our punch list complete within time of closing. We appreciate Seth's hard work! The team over at Avondale has been exceptional and we look forward to enjoying our new community!

My wife and I recently closed on our home and I feel compelled to share what an amazing experience we had. Our sales representative, Stephanie Grace, was truly outstanding. She was patient and took time to explain the entire process to us and all of our options. She was exceptionally communicative throughout the whole process and regularly went above and beyond to ensure our entire transaction went smoothly. If you are considering Avondale at Avenir there is no better team than Jen The Broker and Stephanie! We were equally blessed to have Seth Nisall as our construction manager. Talk about a wealth of knowledge and experience, Seth is a consummate professional who expertly managed the build out of our home. He routinely took time to walk us through the entire construction process and break down each phase and step to ensure we were informed and comfortable. As a result of his meticulous attention to detail and thorough inspection process we were able to close on our home early and had no issues. If you are able to request your construction manager, no one does it better than Seth, you will be in amazing hands.

I've had the best sales experience with Stephanie Grace, she is very knowledgeable about the community, construction and all the rules and she helped me a lot to find the best lot and the best floor plan with my budget and the process was super easy with her. Thanks!

Sales people are excellent. But it ends there. Be very cautious. First our house was pre-permited and it was supposed to be built quickly. Probably done in March but possibly as late as May. However, it was not ready and we did not close until September 28. Secondly, there were problems at closing, which they told us would be resolved in about two weeks. However, it actually took nearly five months until it was completed. Then the actual taxes on the house were higher than what they estimated. We submitted them to DiVosta so they could pay their portion when they owned the house up until September 28. However, they said they would not pay, and in the contract it says no matter what the taxes are they will not pay their fair portion. We have bought many homes and have never seen this before. Other companies such as Toll Brothers, for example, happily will send a check for what they owe for taxes before the house closed. Too many other things to even mention here, but the bottom line is, they will do everything that benefits them, and have absolutely no consideration or empathy for the customer!
