I cant thank Shane enough for taking the time to guide me on my health journey. He really takes the time to understand your needs and will coach you every step of the way until you exceed your goals. Talk about the best accountability partner. Any question of concern I had he was there to answer and reassure me. I have trained with Shane for 3 months now. He's a great trainer and I'm meeting my weight and fitness goals with his plan! I highly recommend him for bootcamp or weight training!

The day I met my trainer Shane, my life changed forever for the better!! I am currently DOWN 32 pounds and continue to lose weight because of the personal instruction geared toward my own goals. My CHOLESTEROL went from over 220 to under 180!!! I always thought I could do it on my own but now I understand that ACCOUNTABILITY and PROFESSIONAL GUIDANCE is the better and quicker pathway to overall health. He has equipped me with a determination to do what I could not achieve on my own. I am HAPPIER, HEALTHIER and have a zest for life because I have invested both time and energy into myself through a personal coach. Thank You for giving me the life I was meant to live.
