A great place that actually has great stylists. Toby did an amazing job on my hair. She knew exactly what I wanted and it came out perfect. Antoinette also does an amazing job. 5 stars across the Board from the ladies that work there to the clean and beautifully decorated salon. Fyi.. I'm super picky with my hair and can tell instantly once someone picks up the brush if they know what they are doing. These ladies def do! You won't be disappointed. Kindness and communication go a long way. I arrived 15 mins early for an appointment. I had my book and was ready to sit down and wait. When I checked in, the woman told me the stylist had just started another client and would be late. I could leave and come back or sit down. She was short, unfriendly, and was speaking to me as this issue was my fault. When I asked her how long, she said at least 10 mins, and "again" I could leave and come back. I mentioned I needed to be someone where at a certain time, her response was just "ok" rudely as she continued to look at me like this was my fault. She never once apologized for the situation and when I pointed that out, she became defensive. I opted to cancel my appointment. Thankfully there are 2 other blow out bars within 2.5 miles of them. I ended up at one of those. I understand things happen and appointments run late. However, this woman was rude; could have called me and let me know the stylist was running late, could have had some empathy and apologized for the inconvenience ... instead she looked at me and spoke to me with such attitude it made me not want to give them my money. Customer service goes a long way!!!
