Used to be a nice gym, but a while back they changed some of the equipment and now only have about half the weight machines they used to have, therefore there are lines all the time now. Not sure witch direction they are heading but its not a very good one

Fix your equipment. I dont pay for the premium membership to come in in pain needing something to be told its unavailable because its broken and when recommended an alternative, the people at the desk are ignorant of the fact that the alternative they recommended is currently in use by another member Update: lounger 2 is broken again. They warned me before I got on that it likely was but after it broke and I notified the desk, instead of putting me on the next available theyre making me wait for another member on the wait list and Dalilah was all kinds of sarcastic and unprofessional about it. Obviously this kind of attitude comes from the top
