Dr. Michael T. Borenstein, MD

Dr Borenstein is a fine Dermatologist. I had been a very active patient for four years . His office staff was always uncomfortable to deal with. My last visit was the final straw. I had forgotten my mask and the front desk turned me away. The receptionist said go to the mall, buy one, and then come back. Really? You cant give me one? You are a medical facility. No. Go to the mall. I was very upset to be treated like so shabbily. When I tried to call Dr Borenstein from the parking lot, he never called back. Good bye Dr Borenstein, hello Dr Vitulli. Hey, anywhere else you will be given a mask if you forget yours. There are many other fine Dermatologists in the area. I see one now. His staff is very welcoming. I will never go back.

Front office never notified me prior to coming to appointment that Dr. Borenstein would not see me due to the fact that I recently traveled out of state COVID !!! There was No notification signage at the front desk, front door or anywhere - I lost a day at work to make this appointment and he was not even willing to come out and speak with me using the social distancing standards, I was wearing a mask with NO COVID-19 symptoms and had tested negative one week prior to my visit!! Doctor??? Look for another dermatologist that really cares about his patients and doesnt just collect money!!!

Dr. Borenstein is very caring and an excellent dermatologist. The office staff are outstanding. I arrived for an appointment in error and they tried to fit me in. They are very pleasant and really respect my time. Much appreciated.

Dr. Borenstein and his staff are wonderful. Very thorough, professional, and technically proficient. I appreciate the fact that they value my time and never leave me waiting in a room for extended periods.
