        I was looking for a dermatologist to freeze a wart off my daughter's finger. I called and the receptionist asked me for her date of birth and name. I gave it to her. She said "not in this office" and hung up on me. I called back thinking we had been disconnected, and she huffed when I explained and hung up again!!! WTH??? Who does that? Who has a person that is so rude as a Point of first contact with new patients???? Wow
