KA Dental - Dentist in Palm Beach Gardens

I have been going to KA Dental in PBG since 2016. The staff is tremendous and always do a good job whether it is a cleaning, crown or implant. I've had it all! I love Doreen and Nellie, they are always friendly and helpful with whatever you need! I have also been to the Royal Palm Beach location as well and they are great there too! I highly recommend both locations.

My family and I have been going to KA Dental for about 8 years. I left a smaller dentist because KA offered more services. In fear of losing that (feel like your family) by leaving the smaller dentistry, in my surprise KA Dentist provided not only more services, but a family warmth feeling as well. They always make me feel comfortable and make me laugh. The Dentist and the staff are phenomenal. Definitely recommend.

I spoke with a Shirley moments ago at the phone number listed and she is VERY unprofessional. I spoke with her two days prior to schedule a deep cleaning as I am already a registered patient who has been examined already in the Royal Palm Beach location. I wanted to visit the PBG location because it is closer to my workplace. She confirmed with me that she scheduled the deep cleaning and I was all set. I called the office to confirm the appointment and the price of the deep cleaning. She said it's 15 dollars for the exam and then they will see if I should do the deep cleaning. I was very confused as I have already done an exam and as I let her know this, she kept barking at me several times saying "What do you want?" and "I don't work at the office". I thought she was talking to someone else because that is not how you should speak to patients at all. She should reevaluate her customer service skills.

I finally went to see Dr.Manuel today after two years, because I was so nervous and scared. The moment he walked in the room he made me feel so at ease. Assuring me everything was going to be ok and painless. His bed side manner was simply a A PLUS! And of course the staff from the moment you checked in at the front desk.. Nelly, she was so polite and friendly. She explained all my insurance benefits and all . So much different from the old front desk girl ( what a REFRESH) ILano the Hygienist he was so respectful and funny. He explained everything to me of what he was doing from A-Z ..from the X-ray pictures and what was going on with my mouth prior to Dr. Manuel walking in. Doreen was simply lovely! All I have to say is Exceptional customer experience. I recommend this office ( PGA) to anyone, especially if you are a nervous patient like me, they will definitely take good care of you.. So, thank you to all the staff
