        I order a Vanila ice coffee and Shataia got my order wrong and when I asked her to change she closed the windows on me and was very rude with attitude.

        I come to this location every day! Latoya is by far the most awesome young lady. She should be the manager. Not the guy that is there currently he has zero customer service!!!! If they were to put Latoya in charge it would be a better run location. This guy has no idea what he is doing.

        Nice place where they put a store in a golf resort area. The only thing was that the manager for the DDs charged for two hash browns when l asked for one. Couldn't get a refund because l had left the store then later realizing it was too late. Vegetarian options: There are veggie options like everything with potato.

        Beware the people at this location. They have no customer service whatsoever. The workers are miserable and rude. Better off driving five more minutes and going to the other Dunkin on PGA and military. They are so sweet there. Also the coffee is always perfect. This location is very iffy, but I wont be coming back here anymore.
