Bought a dress for my daughter and 30min after decided to change it for a bigger size and the process was a really bad experience. They makes me to take out the clothes of my daughter to try the new size on front them. My daughter was crying so much. Cant understand why I have to do that if Im buying the same dress just in bigger size the worst service in my life

Such a cute little store for from infants to toddlers. The prices are on the more expensive side, but it's not unaffordable. Cute dresses, shoes, hats, sunglasses and accessories available for girls and cute outfits for boys .

I never write reviews, but I am making the time for this one. The customer service I encountered with Catherine Francis, the manager at this location, and another of her employees was the degrading. They called security on me because of a return I was demanding with a receipt and in the time frame of the return period. I ended up calling upper management and complained while I was in the store. While on the call, they called security on me like if I was robing the place. Even the Security guard of the mall informed me of the injustice and horrible actions of the employees of the store. I ended up going to a different location where I was able to do the return and be treated with respect. But this location has lost my business and I will inform all my followers not shop there because how they racial profiling people. Stephanie Hilt, to be the Regional Manager Janie and Jack South, with such a diverse region you would think such a store would have better customer service. This is why I rather give my business to Nordstrom or sacks because no matter what, who you are, or the cost is they treat anyone with respect. It isn't about the $40 Item I could care less, but the principle of respect and justice with the customers. Never again with this store.
