Tim's grandfather's agency had written my homeowner/flood insurance policies for years. With changes in homeowners insurance in Florida, I was in and out of Citizens and my premiums had become astronomical. I decided to make a change when I contacted my agent regarding a new roof issue and got several different answers from them. I contacted Tim whose agency now wrote my flood insurance policy. He was extremely responsive and arranaged for a telephone conference during which time he introduced himself and thoroughly reviewed my insurance needs and concerns. Tim compiled information on policy options and we discussed them in great detail. With Tim's guidance, I selected a policy with a reputable insurance company with better coverage and the premium was over 40% less than my prior policy (and this was not the least expensive policy available). Tim and his agency provide excellent service in a very professional manner. I continue to be treated as an individual (not a policy number) and get the impression that Tim and his agency truly appreciate the opportunity to have me as a customer. I referred my brother and sister-in-law to Tim's agency and they echo the same sentiments.

Everyone at Legacy Insurance is so helpful and they really are in it with your best interest in mind. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an honest, helpful and responsive insurance agent.

I have been working with Legacy Insurance since 4 months after I opened my business. I was originally referred to Tim (the owner) by Paychex. I called my payroll rap freaking out that I couldn't get workers comp and what am I going to do. He said "it can't be that bad". I answered "I called 12 different insurance agents, no one can get me even a quote!!!". He gave me Tim's number and said that defiantly this guy can help me. After I spoke to Tim he called me back within two days with a quote. Whats more, it was priced very fairly, without any tricky service charges that some workers comp comes with. After having that one good experience I decided to move all my insurance to Tim. He now has been writing my workers comp for the construction company, my liability insurance for both my construction company and my investment company, property insurance for the investments units, and automobile for all company vehicles. I have had nothing but awesome experiences with Legacy Insurance and highly recommend them!
