Shelbei is amazing!!! I had a balayage hair appointment that I was so nervous about since I'd never gone remotely in the direction of blonde and she took such good care of me! I cannot thank her enough for the time care and consideration she had while dealing with my stressed out self and still creating a masterpiece!
