        I went in feeling absolutely horrible, like I had strep throat. The nurses and doctor took the time to hear me out and understand what I was going through/dealing with (not rush me or overtalk me or make me feel like they really didnt want to be bothered) to approach the situation as best as possible. By the time I left out, I was feeling a lot better (especially knowing that I didnt have strep throat) but ridiculous allergy symptoms. Not all places (hospitals, urgent care, etc) take the time to really deal with the issue and not just the symptoms. I am very grateful for the empathy shown today by you all.

        From out of state, had a back problem, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, timely. Very thorough. If you have to go to urgent care this is an excellent option!

        Check in was convenient and easy on my phone. Receptionist, tech, and doctor were professional and courteous. I would definitely go there again.
