        Theyre pretty good. There was recently an issue where their gutters backed up and ruined a few units. Other than that, it's been a standard storage experience

        Excellent place. Very secure with cameras everywhere (and they do monitor). Clean and easily navigable layout. I've been a customer for about a year and have had no issues. The manager, Vaughan, is a great person to talk with and very accommodating. For those that say the price is high, you have to remember everything has gone up these days, but also this facility just had a new asphalt blacktop applied, more cameras and better lighting. I haven't checked competitors prices since I'm very satisfied here, but IMO I'd rather pay more here for a great experience than take a chance elsewhere.

      Thank you for the review. The gutter issue is resolved. Rainy season in FL can be difficult at times.
