        I placed an order and 2 hours later it was cancelled. I called back and asked why, and I was immediately hung up on. Terrible service.

        Found two 9 inch hairs on pizza. GROSS! Completed survey that was emailed to me the next day. i provided them with pics and a narrative of what happened. Their response - - "We're sorry!" That was it!!!

        I want to give a shout out to Hunter. I had a bad experience with your call center and Hunter apologized and kept a smile on his face while I explained the situation. No I was not in the building but you could hear the smile in his voice. Hunter went above and beyond with his customer service skills. Thank you, Hunter for turning a bad situation into a good one. You sir, made my day. I gave 3 on service due to Hunter being so kind and helping me. As for who ever originally answered the phone, either in the restaurant or the call center, being told Im wrong about your website and that you all do not have a new pizza and that I called the wrong company for your new Tavern Pesto Pizza was wrong but what was even worse is being hung up on. Worst experience ver when it comes to customer service from this person. Everyone that works for your company should know the product even if its new. Thank you! MJ
