Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

I went here specifically to get an oil change I told them before starting I only wanted the oil change and nothing else and sure enough they open the hood and start telling me that I need an air filter change and an a bunch of other expensive things I said no I didn't want anything extra and they proceeded to walk over with a new air filter and pull out my air filter to show me how "dirty" it was I asked him (Shirt said Andrew) to just leave my old one in as I only wanted an oil change and he asked me if I needed to maybe call my husband or the owner of the car so they can make a proper decision. After I said I was the owner he walked away and only returned to ask me AGAIN if I was sure I didn't want the extras because it was recommended to be done today and quote as an expert on this I should trust him ugh never have I felt so insulted Service: Oil change

Took longer than 10 mins, greeter was less than ethical in diagnosis of what I needed, told young man I did not need Synthetic oil, he insisted. 129.00 for an oil change is robbery

Jacob and his team were very professional and put a high emphasis on making sure that their customer felt informed provided enough information on their vehicle. Would have been nice to pay that much money and at least be offer tire pressure checks
