As far as their quality of work, I don't know if they're good or not because I can't ever get anyone to call me back. I emailed them over a week ago with no response, then I called last Monday and was told the owner would have to give me a call back to quote us on getting our house built, then when they never called back I called again last Thursday and left a message and STILL haven't gotten a call back. If this is how prospective customers are treated, I'm scared that if we get locked into a contract with them they'll never be available to communicate with us during the process of our home being built. So I will pass on this builder.
