Mike was excellent and professional and very clean. He installed a sink, garbage disposal and shower head. His price was better than everyone else's that I had estimates from.

Meeting Brian and Qwen, the owners was such a pleasure. They are very down to earth, super knowledgeable of the business. Very helpful, felt like family right off the bat. My father and I were very impressed with them and are excited to build a home with them! Would recommend them to everyone! Cant wait to update this post once the home is built! I am a local real estate agent who works with many of the builders in the area. Any time I have a client that needs a home or has the time to build a home my first recommendation is Simpkins Home Builders. I am now building my personal home through them as well! From the minute you meet Gwen and Brian Simpkins automatically you can tell that building a house for them is more of building your home. You don't get the generic sales rep you get much more. I have now had several clients build with them and many of them ask me how Gwen and Brian are doing along with Gwen and Brian asking me the same about my clients. Brian's building knowledge is incredible! When designing or creating a floor plan it truly is crucial in obtaining not only what you are looking for, but acheving it in as cost effective manner as possible. The quality, value, and integrity that you get from them is unmeasurable. They always strive to get the home done within the time frame that they originally gave. Some times there are just things that are out of your hand when building but I'll tell you what, I don't think I've had home with them go over just about the timeframe quoted.
