Trim Bookkeeping & Tax Services

I've used them the past 3 years for my taxes and each year they have gotten worse and worse about customer service, but I try to give businesses a chance, especially following Covid. Never again. I dropped my documents off at the beginning of February, and by April, they still hadn't filed them or bothered to contact me. To make matters worse, I spent at LEAST a month calling every other day trying to get information about my taxes, and no one called me back even though I was told repeatedly someone would. I still can't seem to get in touch with anyone, and my tax refund still hasn't shown up. Would not recommend them, and I will not be using their services next year.

Been trying for months to get copies of my mothers previous years taxes filled by Trim Bookkeeping and Tax Service with only disappointment and no shows by Wendy. Not sure what is going on but would not recommend them.

They really know their stuff. Great people! Tax rules are always changing and they stay on top of it all, and keep you straight.
