We worked with Stephanie Huskey, and if I could leave zero stars I would. We waited for months for her response, she never got back to us. I guess we should have known, in the beginning she couldn't answer our questions from the start. She wasn't very knowledgeable about anything, and she lied to us claiming that Florida had a state LAW that limited the amount of people that could leave in the house, what she was referring to was the two heartbeats per minute RULE that most landlords follow. There are no statue of limitations based on occupancy in the state of Florida. I would never recommend her to anyone. She leaves you hanging with high hopes and doesn't even read your messages. This is the most unprofessional realtor I have ever met.

I am a real estate investor and Thresha Taylor has been great with finding deals and helping with putting deals together to make sure they will be profitable. Will definitely be using Thresha moving forward.

Kimberly Morris was our agent in the purchase of our home on Old Wolf Bay Rd in Palatka She was such a rock through all the trials and tribulations she always kept a positive attitude even when I wanted to cry.. She jumped through hoops and helped us to work out any problem that came along! I felt like she wanted us to get this house as much as we did! great help in making our dreams come true!
