Crystal Tractor & Equipment

After being a loyal customer to a local power equipment store for 19 years, unfortunately a change was necessary. Wanting vehemently to stay in town, I turned to Crystal Tractor in Palatka . I am absolutely convinced that I found a new power equipment business to be loyal to for the future. The entire staff including management sales and support team are absolutely top notch people to deal with. They possess customer service qualities, have very outgoing friendly attitudes, and above all have honor, upon which all other attributes are built upon. This is a very simple recipe, use them and be happy. It's that simple. Always respectful, Michael Maloy UPDATE: 3/7/24 With only 49 hrs. on my 52" Gravely, I've changed the oil 4 times, only mow level manicured grass, the drive belt broke. Had to disengage the hydro's, and push it back to the garage where it's kept. Ok, no biggie. Checked YouTube....yep....BIGGIE!!! Royal pain to change. Working full time about 50 hrs plus a week, really didn't want to spend hrs changing this belt. Monday morning, I was at Crystal Tractor before they opened. Spoke with the service mgr. I kindly told him the way I take care of my "stuff", and with 49 hrs on the meter?!?! I just wanted/hoped for a little help. Man, did I get it. "No problem sir, we'll take care of it"! They picked it up, repaired it, brought it back. Just like that!! Like I said when I purchased this ZT in the above review, just deal with Crystal Tractor and be happy. It's really that simple!! Thank you to ALL at Crystal Tractor!!! That's how you do business, and KEEP it!! Godspeed!!

I recently purchased a Mahindra from Crystal Tractor, Palatka. The salesman was Charles Nunery and I have nothing but praise for him. There was no pressure and he found or knew answers to all my questions. The price was reasonable and a fair amount was accorded my trade-in. I had all the time needed to learn the operation of a new tractor different from my previous one because of the team there. Altogether, between Charles Nunery and the team at Crystal Tractor, Palatka, it was an excellent experience. I recommend Crystal Tractor, Palatka, to those purchasing a tractor.
