I will never forget my first time experience with this doctors office. I had recently left my previous OBGYN and wasnt pleased with my treatment plans. However, after finding this office on google, I decided to give them a call. I explained my problem and asked if I could come in the same day. I was told they would give me a call back and hung up. I hung up thinking they arent going to call m back. To my surprise shortly, after I was called and asked if I come in immediately. When I say I flew up to that office, I got there in seconds. Upon entry the office was beautiful and the ladies at the front desk were really nice and sweet. After, being called to the back I spoke with the PA and explained to her what I was going through. Can yall guess what happed next? Yep!!!, They listened, they actually listened. The PA held my hand and listen to me while I cried. She looked me in my eye and promised/ gave me her word that she was going to help me. My follow up appt is when I met Dr, T. He was the most caring OBGYN, sweet, but also stern. Hes also knowledgeable in being a human being. This just means that when he talks to you it comes across like a big brother who cares about his sisters. So, less medical terminology and more realness in the diagnosis. Long story short on my next appt with Dr,T he was setting my surgery date. The surgery went well. I mean every little detail, the line across my stomach was perfectly straight. My staples were perfectly in formation. Overall, this was truly a pleasant experience.
