Gerber Collision & Glass

I had to have my windshield replaced that another company screwed up. These guys took GREAT care of me! From the time I walked in Gary made me feel really comfortable. I knew I was in the right hands! I had to come back the next day to have the glass put in and Rick took care of me! Again I was treated with the upmost respect! They truly made me feel like family! I will for sure come back if I ever need to!! I truly thank y'all from the bottom of my heart!! There needs to be more places and people out there like y'all!! Gary, Rick, & JW y'all are the best!! To say shoddy work was done would be an understatement. 6 weeks after my initial appointment, my windshield wiper arm (WHICH DID NOT NEED TO BE REPLACED) was replaced with the incorrect part. My car's media player was also stolen. My car was scheduled to have a windshield wiper motor replaced. It took almost 6 weeks from the appointment for the shop to have the replacement part. After talking to the man at the counter I found out the part was not on backorder, it simply had not been ordered. Once the part was in I took the car back to the shop. Four days later they called and said the motor had been installed, but they had to order a new wiper arm. I told them the wiper arm was in the trunk... That didn't seem to matter, they ordered a new one anyway. The wiper arm they installed was for a different car. It is upside down and crosses the existing wiper arm making it unusable. I had a 'Spotify Car Thing' installed on my radio. When I got the car back it was missing. I can check online and see that it's still being used though. I hope Gerber is enjoying it. Screw this company. Do not use them if you value quality or honesty. Service: Body & Trim

They may take some time to be able to get to you, however that just speaks to their popularity and their determination to service your vehicle. They are very friendly and easy to talk to. I am happy my vehicle is in their hands!

They took great care of my Van. Helped me in everyway possible including the rental car. Jeremy here in Palatka FL was the best guy to deal with.... Didn't treat me like a dumb female like a lot of places do. He was more then willing to explain how things work at his end and the insurance end. The finished within a day of the expected date. Best of all the work is guaranteed for a lifetime. They have Gerber places all over the USA and no matter where I am if something goes wrong and I'm not in here I can get it fixed for free.
