I had a tenant that l ordered a new washer and dryer for. But the delivery guy postponed the installation because of the cold water valve. I called plumber after plumber. But, couldn't get a fair price or accmendataing time schedule for my tenant. Then, l was blessed enough to get in contact with John. And he went above and beyond the call of duty in resolving my concerns. As long as l am in business as a landlord, I plan to use his services.

John was fantastic today and he was able to fit me into his schedule at the last minute. He arrived when he said he would, was very professional in his manner, explained what he was doing and discussed options for the future without me feeling any pressure.
