        Brian is a client advocate. He's super responsive and provides consultative ideas to help shape the mortgage to be in alignment with your budget and financial goals. When push comes to shove, he will support you all along the way. In my particular case, the appraisal third party company slipped on their commitment to get it in on time prior to closing. Brian spent multiple days and nights pushing the process to get it done. He contacted the owner of this company and various managers as well as the mortgage company to coordinate and get this done. Without him I feel my family and I would have been in a very tough spot. And, when all was said and done, he coordinated with this company and got my appraisal fee reimbursed to me based on principle and the undue stress it created for my family and I. Thank you Brian. I realize not every mortgage process will be flawless - in the event real life experiences get in the way, a client advocate like Brian will help make sure your dream comes true.
