the repairman took without asking a bottle of concentrated insectacide from my garage to kill ants that were in my air conditioner never asked if was ok never said that he had used it now i have to go to the store using my gas and time to replace it after acall to the company they blew me off to me it was pur theft

Update #3 they finally have everything working correctly. I am grateful. The young man reran the ducts, so apparently the original duct work was the issue. would like to update my origonal review Although the things I have written 2 years ago were true, I have had nothing but issues since then. I have had them out to my house 5 times since then today will make 6. I only have heat and air in the back and middle of my home. The front ducts blow a trickle of air. I feel as though they are treating me as I am ignorant on the cause, so yesterday I crawled under my home to find out what was going on. As you can see in the pictures attached I was able to discover what the issues (yes more than 1) are. I sent the pics to the agent and he did call me back, only to talk down to me and say it was caused by animals shedding the vent. I had just had an employee out less than a week prior to my discovery, and its a shame to see the shoddy work that was done No I would not recommend this company, they may have been johnny-on-the-spot to get it installed and get paid, but the shoddy work and lack of common courtesy dies at that point. ..................... Absolutely tickled with this company, they were recommend to me by a friend, I called them and they not only had my quote for me in a couple of days, they were thousands cheaper than any of the other companies I had called. They were out and had my central heat and air installed the very next day, the guys were polite and helpful and explained what they were doing so I had full understanding.
