David ( PA) and Dr. Harbor were both great as well as the staff. I felt heard and included in the process as well as receiving proper accurate care. Would highly recommend either of their offices.

Initial service was great. However, Waiting on flu results - they were out of rapid tests and had to send a swab out- I was told results would be back next day. Greater than 24 hrs and No call. Had to call them- 11 min. on hold and hung up and called back. No Results. This is a walk in....how are you out of rapid tests? At the visit, I was told the results would be back next day ( office person is now saying 48 hrs) which is past the window for Tamiflu.

Terrible and rude customer service. The man and woman at the front desk were annoyed every time someone walked through the door. They were sighing loudly and obviously frustrated, and it was 5 PM. Then it comes to find out that they dont bill HRA accounts through United healthcare. They were not helpful and did not offer to call to talk to United healthcare to resolve it. Ive been to the Maitland location that closed many times and had wonderful experiences.
