I worked with Tara and Brian to completely redo my pool surface and the entire decking around the pool and hot tub. There were no changes to the foundation and footprint of the pool and decking, but it's a large area and we had 3 "planter" areas that opened to the ground for palm trees and other plants that we wanted paved over. Brian's team (Tara) managed the project well and all the contractors to complete the job. My family and I are very happy with the end result and highly recommend Brian and his SimPool Solution company. For anyone considering a project like this, no matter who you pick, keep in mind it's going to be a big job and the older your house and pool and everything else, the more "surprises" are going to be found. Work with your contractor, be open minded, but most of all, be mentally prepared that things might not (will not?) go 100% according to plan. This is where I valued Brian and Tara the most. There was more work that had to be done and it cost more money. However, I knew this going into the project that these things can run long and they can cost more than the estimate. But if you want the job done right, be prepared for surprises, budget accordingly, and work with your people. If they're good, like Brian, they'll patiently and respectfully walk you through the surprises, explain what needs to be done, why it'll cost more money, and how it'll likely be a more positive outcome that you'll be glad you did later on. This is why Brian and SimPool gets 5 stars from me: they told me what to expect, they explained when things didn't go to plan, and they showed me and answered my questions. At the end of the job, everything looks great and I KNOW the job was done right.

I got way more estimates than I probably needed to because from the start SimPool Solutions was competitively priced and showed they truly cared about getting the job done right and making their customers happy. The Sales Manager Tara and the owner Bryan came to my house several times to check on the progress, make sure I was happy and to verify that everything was done right. INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! You can sleep well knowing good people are doing the work and its getting done right. The owner has decades of experience building pools and renovating backyards and it shows. A++

The level of customer service we received from SimPool has been outstanding. From the resurface of our pool to the "pool school" to show us how to manage everthing. We actually replaced our pool cleaning service with SimPool after this experience! They are our pool people!
