Their owner, Carolina, took the time to explain everything they have to offer over the phone with me and it didn't take us long to switch from our old management company to theirs. She responds very quickly and answers any questions you may have. Her cleaning crew goes above and beyond. I do not have to worry about my house. The guests have been leaving positive feedback. We have been using Airbnb Cleaners for over a year now. I cant even begin to describe what a blessing they have been to us and our business. We run a luxury Airbnb. Having our place be absolutely spotless and perfect is an absolute must. Airbnb Cleaners takes their job very seriously and is extremely professional. Because of Airbnb Cleaners, our STR has all 5 star reviews and almost all of those reviews mentions how clean and spotless our place is. We are very hands on with our STR so we are able to see in person just how clean the home is after they leave. Times when we are out of town or cant make it over they will send us pictures of every room and bathroom once they are done. They do amazing work and they are proud to show you. Many times we have had guests book last minute or extend their stay. They have always been able to move their schedules around for us to insure the unit is always being cleaned. They are very affordable, especially for the great service they provide. They also help us with inventory which is an extra bonus we really appreciate. They will tell us when we need to stock more supplies or for example, if we needed to start replacing worn out items like pillows or towles.
