Great experience and quick response time. Would recommend to anyone in need of service. - My refrigerator was frozen due to faulty part. He diagnosed the issue over the phone and was out that afternoon to replace it. Will use again in the future.

Jeff was professional and prompt. We texted back and forth (which I appreciate because I could send him pictures ahead of time) and then he came out to do the repair. He didn't sell me on something I didn't need and he didn't stay longer than he had to. I spent 85 bucks on two appliances and it was money well spent. Thanks Jeff, I'll be using you again. We've had 3 repairs completed for 3 appliances: dishwasher, fridge and dryer. All are LG brands. I'm very satisfied with the repairs and the price, in addition to not having to replace any of the appliances.
