I love these apartments! Very nice and clean!!! I decided to buy here because of their spokes girl Lovely! She was amazing and so sweet! Truly felt like she cared about everything to do with our future home! I definitely recommend asking for her.

Ive been here since it was built and honestly the staff have been amazing through and through, attentive , and also helpful when or if issues have come up. I can say the young ladies in the front will make sure you are assisted with all your concerns. The property is well kept and since its gated you cant go wrong with the parking and privacy you get. 10/10 highly recommend this property.

3/21/24 update I am updating my original review. I moved out after a year but only becuase I purchased a home. If I had not bought a home, I would still be there. I loved my 3 bedroom apartment on the ground floor. It was very bright with plently of windows. The only thing I thought was strange is that the biggest apartments have the smallest patio / balcony. I want to address some complaints others have written in their reviews. The apartments are beautiful, and yes, they are fairly new. I never had anything go wrong that couldn't be easily and quickly fixed. Regarding complaints of noise... I never heard my neighbors even though there were children across the hall. I know the apartment above me played music which I also never heard, the neighbor even asked if her music bothers me.... and it never did. The only tme I could heear anything from upstairs was if they dropped sommething on the floor. The ceilings are quite high and I found the apartment mostly sound proof, even those walking by with their dogs did not make enough noise to be heard. The only time I could hear noise is if I was in the hall, outside the apartment, and that was not too loud either. Regarding feeling safe, I always felt safe there. Yes, there were times one of the front gates were not working, but if someone wants to do something evil, a gate or fence won't stop them. You should always be aware no matter where you live. The mailroom.... yes it was often hard to find your packages. That issue rests with UPS and the companies who just drop off the packages and don't put them on the correct shelf. I never had any packages stolen. Rest assured around Amazon Prime day and Christmas the mailroom will be overcrowded. The other issue is some residents leave their packages in the mailroom and don't pick them up in a timely manner Smoking... Yes, there are times you can smell marijuana. There is no smoking allowed but I am unsure how the management can police that and stop it from happening. When you have many college students renting there, you will have that issue. I do think that management can sometimes be more informative... one Sunday morning the fire alarm in the main building went off for a very long time. It was loud and obstrusive. There was even a fire truck there. There was no follow-up from management letting us know that everything was ok. From what I understand, someone pulled the alarm and the person who had the key to reset it was at home and it took awhile for the key to be brought in. Also when a gate wasn't working, it was usually many days until we were notified when it would be fixed. One more communication issue. I went into the office 60 days before my lease was up to let them know I wasn't renewing. I was told too send an email. I sent an email and asked for confirmation that the email was received..... I did not get any confimation. A few day later, I forwarded the same email and again asked for confirmation, I didn't get that either. So a couple of days later, I sent them a certified letter telling them my plans to not renew my lease, only then did I get both a call and email confirmation. I am happy that I did not wait until the last minute to notify them. So all in all, I think living there was a pleasant experience. previous review (I had to delete most of it becuase I wrote too much) It is a great place to live and the residents are also friendly
