I have reached out to Mr. Porter 3 times in the past month about a property he has listed on west Sr40. Selling price $1.75 M. He has yet to respond to emails or voicemails. Guess he doesnt want to sell the property. The listers of 3120 W Granada should find a new agent. Nice property going to waste.
