Poor poor service. Simply wanted a couple loaves of bread and was told they couldnt do ityet they would make a couple sandwiches. Wont ever return for sure. Shame on you!

The best team that you can expect at a similar business. Friendly, quick to guide if need be, adjust to your needs and serve before the smile vanishes. Vegetarian options: Optimal thinking has been given to cater to the small vegetarian section of the people.

I had the best interaction with the new General Manager. I didn't get her name but I wanted to let everyone know she is funny and a hard worker. She is building a team to serve the community. Thank you. You are delightful!

The food here is the normal jimmy johns food but the service is terrible. Two times I have ordered for my office and both times no communication that the food would take more than an hour past expected time to be delivered. Today my teams food arrived 93 minutes after requested. I ordered 2.5 hours prior. This means my office (as we work in health care) did not get a lunch. Both times this location was given the chance to make this right and have failed to do so. I also called a second time when my order was over an hour late and they wouldnt pick up but did answer my coworkers calls. We are very disappointed and I would suggest if you order from there to go in store and wait for the order to be made and NEVER request delivery.
