Complete Health - Ormond Beach East

Brittney McKenzie is a breath of fresh air in that office working with Dr Jen Rake. There was a problem Monday in the office while I was waiting and she immediately reached out on the portal to tell me how sorry they were. This morning she came and got me, again saying she was sorry. She was so thorough going through my chart check in and taking my vitals. She said she would get my labs printed out for when I checked out for my April appointment annual exam! Made my visit very pleasant! She and Jen make a great team!! Andrea Goudrecu was a huge help also that same day. There were lots of people checking in 5 in line so 2 were working on them. She was trying to find out about paperwork that was to be printed out for me and couldnt get anyone to answer. Needed 2 lab work paperwork and blood work results . She kept apologizing for the delay and my patience. She got Brittany to make sure what she was printing out from Jen. Again I didnt mind waiting and she was so accommodating and helpful. I left with everything I needed and wanted to give her a good review also for her help!!!
