Find another lawyer is suggested. Very scary He will take your money and not do any work. There are issues here I suggest you avoid. The lawyer did break his leg but if you cant do work don't take peoples Money.

Took my $3000 retainer for a enforcement of a divorce agreement. Never even filed a petition for contempt of court. I didnt know he hadnt filed it in 3 months until I consulted another attorney. I transferred to another law practice. They filed within a week. Ferguson didnt refund me and I had two meetings. One with Ferguson and he didnt follow through. One with Woodard, she was late and did not disclose they never actually filed when all the necessary documents were provided. Breaks my heart to this day but I was too exhausted to fight for the retainer while enforcing the agreement too.
