Broadway Limited Imports

We really enjoy our Paragon 4 Big Boy but we have been calling for two weeks to order a part and no one ever picks up the phone. I tried to order the part on line but could not find an item number. Tuesday through Friday from 1PM to 4PM is the time frame on their message. Without this small part, the expensive Excursion train is just a statue.

Bought 2 locomotives from them. Have electrical pickup issues out of the box and stopped running in a few months. Will not buy any of their products anytime soon. BOYCOTT THIER PRODUCTS AT ALL COST

have just had a really bad experience with this company. I purchased a UP light pacific steam loco from trainworld. The loco would not run out of the box. I inspected the wheels and they were coated in a weird oxide layer which was non conductive. I cleaned the coating off and it then ran. However, I found that it was jumping the track every now and then. On inspection, one of the driving wheels was machined incorrectly and had an extra lip between the flange and the track contact surface. Broadway suggested that they send out replacement wheels for me to fit. On a brand new loco?! that costs just short of $300! I think not. Now trying to resolve the issue with trainworld - nightmare. Such a shame. BLI have been brilliant up to now.

I really do not know where to begin to compliment the Broadway Limited Imports Tech Support and Parts Departments. The information and support I received from both Broadway Limited Imports departments were outstanding. The communication and the response time were exceptional. My Broadway Limited Imports HO 5824 Challenger 4-6-6-4 and Oil Tender steam locomotive needed to be repaired. I reached out to the Broadway Limited Imports Tech Support via email requesting information about their locomotive repair process. I received a very friendly, very clear and very detailed response explaining Broadway Limited Imports service cost, which included return shipping, and billing. I thought the repair cost was very reasonable; therefore, I requested a RA number to have my locomotive repaired. Within the hour, I received my RA number, and I shipped my locomotive to Broadway Limited Imports. A few weeks later, I received a your locomotive has been repaired email with the payment process, which was very easy. The following day I received a Your locomotive has shipped, via FedEx with a tracking number email. Two days later I received my locomotive with a signed, detailed Service Technician Checklist of the repair service that was performed, impressive. While my locomotive was being repaired I reached out to Tech Support inquiring about ordering a wheel truck for my Broadway Limited Imports Articulated Chair passenger car. Tech Support forwarded my email to the parts department. Like Tech Support, I received a very friendly and detailed email from the Parts Department explaining the process for ordering the part I needed. Clearly the Broadway Limited Imports Tech Support and Parts Department are dedicated to the essentials of customer care, good communication, professionalism, timely response, and patience.
