Sleep Inn Ormond Beach - Daytona

I had a such a bad experience with this place my family and my friends family planned on staying 2 days in a join suite which when we got there they said was no longer available mind you we booked two months in advance they charged my friends card so many times and gave her a hard time about it she had to call her bank to fix it so they decided to go back home I already got my room so I ended up staying one night I told them not to charge for a second day they said they wouldn't and still charged it. Now since my friends did not stay at the hotel they still charge their card the next day for $100 thankfully they were able to lock their card. I would be very careful with this hotel!!! Also the breakfast was terrible.

Beware do not stay here! This hotel is awful! They charged my card for over 500.00 before I even checked into hotel! I didnt even sign nor agree to continue staying at this hotel! I had to call bank to dispute all charges while I was standing infront of the general manager and that trainee women with the glasses! They laughed in my face over and over due to me demanding all the funds they took mind you it was a one night stay at 93.00. The next day mind you again we didnt stay here we left and they attempted to charge the card two more times. The hotel when you walk in smells so badly! The atmosphere is not a good place and the staff is a joke! I have reported them to the higher ups Choice Hotels and other places as well for fraud! Beware again do not stay with this hotel!

The room smells so bad that my throat immediately started hurting. I ended up sleeping in my CAR in the parking lot!! Disgusting!! No option of changing rooms.. terrible all around. Save your time and go anywhere else. Side note.. homeless people and drug dealers in the parking lot. I did not feel safe but I couldnt breathe in the room. So that was my only choice for the night.

A nice hotel, clean, with a funny shower cabin, the carpets in the rooms were showing their age and could be replaced. The hotel itself is surrounded by many fast food places and next to Publix. Free parking. I recommend
