I was highly impressed with Joey and his company. He answered the phone promptly and was professional, kind, and understanding of my needs. I felt assured that he and his team had the knowledge and experience to assist with my whole-home mold remediation. In the end, it came down to price (though he was super gracious in offering me a big deal and cut the price a couple times to accommodate me and my unique situation). Either way, I'd still definitely recommend getting an estimate and service done by Pure Maintenance.

=Joe was great in getting out to the house to do the test and very friendly. However i've been trying to get ahold of him for 2 months to discuss the results and cant get a call back or response from him so im still not sure if i have mold issues or not. We found Pure Maintenance Mold Remediation's website to be very informative. We contacted the owner, Joe and his customer service was excellent. He explained everything and his estimate was reasonable. Since we do not live in Florida and the mold was in our vacation home, Joe sent us pictures and we frequently spoke to him on the telephone during the remediation.
