        I am years long customer (not for much longer) and they will not answer the phone. Rings forever. Tried mulitple time. I made the mistake of trusting TD bank ormond.

        It's an okay bank. Employees are very pleasant. I was kinda surprised (being a former banker) . But not one employee there tried to offer me different products or cross cell anything. I only have a checking account. And they didn't mention Certificate accounts. Credit cards debit cards savings accounts . i'm really quite surprised. They need to go the extra mile. People don't often know that they need certain products unless they recommended to them. I'm surprised that the manager hasn't pushed this issue.
