        Promises Five Palms was a safe place when I was in a time of need. The staff is warm and welcoming which was more than I could ask for in an environment where I felt out of my element! The nurses were fabulous as well as the BHTs! My only gripe was not being seen by the psychologist as much as I needed but did end up getting medications that helped. Ill recommend this place to anyone in need.

        I really enjoyed my stay the learning experience was awesome. I wish the other therapist would acknowledge you when they walk by and when they see you distressed to stop and talk to you. Some people feel like they bother them so wont ask for help. The food was good half the time. I learned a lot from being here wish I could keep my therapist or talk to them. I love the outings it helps. The staff was awesome and helpful.

        I was there for 3 weeks and they're holding $4,000 from me. Even though they discharged me after that time. They said they didn't need to treat me because I was not at the point that they would ( if I was a suicidal. They also were kind enough as to give me a printout of my entire record while I was there. It's all Dr . But I wasn't. In fact not only did they not think I was a danger to myself, they also let me drive another patient all the way back to South florida..

        5 Palms is WONDERFUL!! I went there for significant struggles with my mental health and I would HIGHLY recommend 5 Palms. Before I even walked through the front door, staff greeted me outside and were very compassionate. Admission staff, nurses, Dr. K, individual therapists (shout-out to my individual therapist Swayne), group therapists, behavioral health techs, housekeeping, cooks, maintenance, case managers, administration, alumni coordinator (sorry if I missed anyone!) were all wonderful. The other clients (and staff) were kind and courteous, holding doors and saying please and thank you, and saying good morning and good night. It was a very supportive family type atmosphere. I walked through those doors a very broken person in a very dark hole, and I walked out with information, tools and skills and a completely different person . Again, I cant say enough wonderful things about 5 Palms residential facility. Dont expect pools and pedicures, expect curriculum and fabulous results!
