Although Working with my ARC Committee and board members is not always a pleasure or walk in the park, Sonia with Home River Group Orlando has been amazing to work with. I fully understand that Sonia is playing the "Middle Man" for my communications with the Board, Which is not easy by any means! With Sonia's quick Responses and easy line of communication her assistance was needed and greatly appreciated. Thank you to Sonia and the Home River Team for your guidance through this process!

I was scheduled to view 312 Randolph! Well when I got there and put in the code to get a code to view the property! I was never contacted back with any codes. I was only greeted with people parked outside of the house with their bright lights in my face. Turns out to be homerivers group screening me from their vehicle and in the moment decided not to grant me access to view the property. I felt humiliated and discriminated against. But its ok may allah have no mercy on all parties involved in that evil act last night. It was a terrible experience and I did file complaint about it to BBB.

Recently renewed with them and it has only caused headache. They have overcharged us THOUSANDS of dollars and are impossible to get ahold of. When someone does respond to our inquiries they say theyre working on it. Its been weeks with NO resolution just more charges. We have already overpayed for January (an incorrect amount) and they are trying to say we owe them thousands more. Accounting should be able to take a look by now after weeks of waiting.
