Express Employment Professionals

I havent had the best experience with this company. The service is terrible im fighting homelessness for 4 months now and needing a job they have no care in the world. Favoritism is shown personal favorites are picked for employment Alex is so rude and unwilling to help at all i have messages with her rude responses telling me to go look around for other employment agencys because she refuses to help me she treated me as if I needed to beg for employment and the professional skills i have none of them can find me a job anywhere in Orlando she sends me a job and after i respond she immediately tells me the position has been filled i am a single mother doing the best i can with no help at all i text and call everyday for the past 3 months and i have not been offered not one job position its unfair im hoping someone in the company reaches out and are willing to help im not asking for free money just a job that gives me a decent source of income so that im able to support my family nothing more

They never answer the calls.

Called yesterday and was told to come in. Showed up to locked doors. I checked the hours and its supposed to be open. I called to confirm and got no answer. I drove an hour one way hoping to get job. Instead I spent 2 hours driving for nothing! Highly unprofessional

I have been an express employment employee since 2017. I moved from Cleveland Ohio to Orlando not that long ago. Let me just say the professionalism in this office is out the door. I went to an in person interview about 2 months ago. To start, I waited 2 hours in the waiting room for a job offer. People that came after me left with a job and not me. Never called me to offer me one, All the offices are owned individually. Why is it that no one to this day has called to offer me a job. Every time I call they never have jobs. And yet I called today 6/12/2023 and the lady told me once again. Ill mark you active. And when I went to call again thinking it was a different express. She answered very rudely and said. Yes we just spoke. and hung up on my face without even addressing me right. Somehow we are supposed to trust this people to find us jobs. But cant even address people right.
