Absolutely dreadful experience with this website design firm. They consistently ignored my directions, producing work that was completely off-base and unusable. When confronted, they refused to admit any wrongdoing, instead opting to lie to my face about their incompetence. This website design firm not only failed to follow my directions but also displayed a shocking level of defensiveness and disrespect. They wasted not only my time but also that of those around me by producing subpar work and refusing to take responsibility. Their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, making the entire experience a complete nightmare. Avoid at all costs. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a design team that actually listens and cares about your project.

Hired these clowns to build a simple website. 3 weeks later, they turn in a faulty site, broken links, typos everywhere and what's most messed up is the fact that I gave them exact parameters, went even further to create a mock up for them to follow, they deleted it and started from scratch. Do NOT hire these guys. Waste your time and money. I did more by myself in one day using Chat GPT than these clowns did in 3 weeks time. Horrible service. Edit: Not only did they turn in a faulty site, they managed to do it in the most complete opposite way of what I told them to do. The site was meant to be built on WordPress with a shopify integration. They built the entire site on shopify... So not only did they waste my time and money, they did wth they wanted and charged me for it. Can't say I'll be bothering in asking for my noney back, complete waste of time and money. BEWARE! Update: Not only did they take advantage of my trust and my resources, they exploited it to their gain. They insist that they did their job by turning in something, even though that something didn't meet expectations in the slightest. So much so that they have the audacity to tell me that in the email interactions I agreed to what they had turned in, when in reality I was at my wits end because he wasted my time, my money and to top it all off, they sabotaged the code to my domain which rendered it useless for weeks on end. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM is that they insist I owe THRM money when I've wasted weeks and enough money on their incompetent team. At this point they leave me no choice than to pursue legal action.

ABSOLUTE DISASTER! This website design firm is a total waste of time and money. Not only did they fail to follow simple directions, but they also showed a complete lack of professionalism and understanding of basic design principles. The final product was a jumbled mess, completely different from what was requested. Communication was abysmal, with unresponsive staff and excuses for every mistake. Save yourself the headache and avoid this incompetent firm at all costs! BEWARE
