Orlando Solid Waste Management

I wanted to share an extraordinary experience. I just watched a man who is a city worker get out of the truck Friday recycle route walk up to a elderly persons home and bring the recycling to the curb so his machine could dump it and took the can back to where he found it near the garage. They are an extremely elderly couple probably 90s pushing 100. It was a beautiful thing to see that compassion and care is found still these days. This guy whom ever he was needs a raise maybe a leadership role others can take example and follow by his lead.

Ive requested a trash can going on TWO MOTNHS. I have to call TWO times to get a different answer. First miserable customer service lady told me theres no such things as a priority list and then another employee tells me I am on the priority list. Huh? Workers have absolutely no idea what theyre doing. I have a baby in diapers! And no where to throw away my trash! Was told id receive it two weeks ago.. where is it?

Been trying to get a new trash can for several months. I have spoken to 4 representatives over the course of the last 6-7 weeks on the phone who all give me a different story. However, they all say if I leave the can out they will put me on the priority list and it will be replaced in 7 business days. Well still no trash can 4 phone calls and 7 weeks later. The last rep even told me that my case had been closed, so either no one put me on a priority list or maybe it doesnt exist and they are just making stuff up to get me off the phone. Either way, absolutely atrocious service and management. Services: Waste recycling, Trash removal & disposal
