I love my Banfield. Theyre very accommodating. Ive heard horror stories of other places. I am confident if you come here, you will be happy. The professional attitude they have is amazing. They work towards finding out a solution. Im so happy there.

We wouldnt take our pup anywhere else! He can get anxious in social situations, but the office staff always put him at ease. He loves visiting! The staff are sweet and knowledgeable. You feel like youre a part of a family. When we had to put our cat down a few months ago, we were shown such consideration and empathy. We felt so supported and seen during such a rough time. I couldnt recommend this Banfield location enough! Theyll treat your pet right!

This is the work of the vets here. Had my cat neutered and he was given to me in an old dirty pee soaked carrier, he was soaked in his old crusty pee from who knows when, shaking and traumatized when I got him back and this is not okay. I am so mad at this vet but more mad at myself for trusting these butchers. Avoid this place. Updates: Took months to finally tell me what the price is for the surgery I've been requesting for my cat since November 29th and thats only cause I finally got ahold of them and demanded an answer. Jennifer the desk jockey has the demeanor and courtesy of a rancid dumpster fire. If you call expect to be put on hold until they feel like it. I'm only going back since I'm stuck on the optimum plan, which as the first vet,Rachael Quagliozzi said "there's no refunds on this package even if your pet dies so just getting that out now" while signing up for the plan. That was a huge red flag but I got scared into the wellness plan. This is office #2 now with banfield and I see I'm not the only one receiving such stellar care across the board, if I could get the money sunk into this place back I'd find a new vet but I feel like they bank on scaring you into thinking you need the wellness plan and give out subpar care. I sure hope it's just human being treated like dirt, it shouldn't be any creature treated like that however. I'm hoping that some miracle happens and good service all around can be provided and updates made, but you should probably just find a different vet entirely to see. OLD: Most everyone was really awesome, I wonder if I just got the bad apple of the bunch of the way of vets. The nurse lady was nice, talkative and jovial. It was really nice in a stressful situation but all good things must come to an end, as they say. Rachael Quagliozzi was just an unwanted cloud on a nice sunny day. All the comfort the rest of the staff built left the room when she walked in. Abrasive, disinterested and snippy are the best ways to describe her. She's rough with animals and no even trying to build trust with my cat, just grabbing and prodding which can work for some cats, but not all. Can't tell her nothing though, she's too busy talking about her own cats. When I tried suggesting something, she told me it would have been helpful 5 minutes prior in the rudest tone and a sneer. Y'know what's NEVER helpful, Rachael? Sarcasm to someone trying to offer you advice who's already in a stressful situation, so sorry I didn't tell you sooner but you wouldn't stop yammering on about your cat. She did soften in posture and tone after coming back with blood work and going over my dudes diagnosis so I guess there is a glimmer of bedside manner, however shallow. To play devils advocate for a moment, she did just get out of surgery and was getting ready to go into another one, so maybe she was stressed, but did Winston or I tell you to pick this career, work at this vet office, have those surgeries booked? Nope. Sorry, someone called out on you too, which not sure why I needed to be told that but okay, but we weren't responsible for that either. From what I understand, she's going to be mainly caring for Winston, so hopefully it was a one off, bad day situation. Only time can tell there. I guess to finish this up, the rest of the staff seemed really nice and like they cared for the customers and patients, so far I do recommend the facility, just not Rachael.
